A Note from the CEO

From the moment I laid eyes on my first queen keychain, I knew there was something special about these powerful pieces on the chessboard. Growing up playing competitive chess, the chess queen was always my favorite piece. I mean…just think about it. The queen has unmatched power and influence! 

Back in 2014, I took that passion and founded Queens Gambit (a national nonprofit elevating a new generation of strategic, inclusive, and civically minded leaders through the power of chess), and now, I'm thrilled to announce my latest venture as the founder & CEO of Queenside Ventures. 

It's been quite the journey, filled with strategic moves and invaluable guidance from mentors who've helped shape my path. Queenside Ventures just felt like the perfect fit to honor the queen who has been a constant inspiration throughout my life.

Queenside’s mission is to open eyes to untapped strengths, develop and assess personal potential, foster transformative conversations within oneself, instill a profound understanding of one's inherent value, and inspire the discovery of unique contributions. We embrace the element of surprise, guiding individuals to unravel the canvas of their personal chess board and explore possibilities beyond their imagination.
