Queen Me, Please!

Leadership = a journey.

A Note from the CEO

After 20 years of playing chess, I still find few moments that match the thrill of pawn promotion.

As a pawn advances to the opposite side of the board, it gains the potential to transform into a queen, rook, bishop, or knight—a game-changing evolution.

Pawn promotion means opportunity. After the long battle across the chess board, the pawn has now reach new heights and endless possilibilites.

Inspired by this transformative process, I named Queenside Ventures podcast "Queen Me." Much like the journey of that humble pawn, the podcast delves into the remarkable stories of individuals who, at pivotal moments of their lives, declared, "Queen me!" and reshaped their world.

What was that moment in your leadership journey when you said “Queen Me?”

Leadership is a journey.

So is a chess game.
