Chess is nothing without teamwork.

Teamwork = achieving a common goal.

A Note from the CEO

I think one of the most undervalued topics in the chess community is teamwork.

We don’t teach it enough.

We don’t talk about it enough.

We hardly even mention it!

I tell athletes all the time: you must remember to rely on your teammates. You are all in it for the same reason. You want to win.

When you are on the field, think of your teammates as the chess pieces, helping you achieve checkmate.

A chess piece can’t checkmate by themselves.

They need another piece to cover the king. They need another piece to protect. They need another piece to spot the threats.

Chess is nothing without teamwork.

To win is nothing without team work.

Teamwork = achieving a common goal.
